Review Layout (Final)

The final layout of the review, a neat and compact single-page spread. If needed, I will make the necessary changes if my group members feel there is more I can do to improve the layout of our review page

Review (Progress)

As you can see, I decided to experiment a little with the design of the review and felt it should be necessary to try out different colours and layouts in order to open up a wider range of options

Review Layout (Changes)

We decided that we would change from a double to single page spread as we believed it would be less time-consuming and easier to design as it allowed us to easily and neatly fit all our text and images onto the page without the thought of feeling as though there was too much space or the review looked to plain as with the double-page spread

Location stills

On Friday we managed to get the location still taken quickly and without any problems. We did so in the Olympic Park and took various shots

Film poster fonts

Film poster fonts

These are the 3 potential fonts we want to use for our film. Preferably, we would like to use the last one as we believe it is the most visually appealing. The whole faded effect, connotes the idea of my character and his brother following in his footsteps, the fading can also relate to the idea of how the brother is now just a memory.

Review (draft ideas)

Review (Draft ideas)

These are a few possible ideas on what we can incorporate into our review. From this, I have decided that I will utilize to make the review appear more realistic and become easier for Zaneb to write. This will be done through a means of research within our target audience, for example, what the audience would change as a viewer? What scenes really grabbed their attention and why?

In today's lesson. We decided to distribute the work in terms of how we felt it would work out best. Zaneb will be in charge of the journalism though me and Billie will give contributions. Billie will work on the poster, I will focus on giving an ample amount of contribution to both aspects of this part of the coursework to ensure everyone has a fair amount of workload.
